Our team had the opportunity to collaborate with a private equity-backed home renovation company to transform their business with FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) outsourcing and offshore outsourcing. Initially, the company had around 20 employees working in these departments. By conducting a thorough assessment and strategic restructuring we helped them improve company efficiency and reduce costs. Other than this we also replaced 10 of the existing employees with highly qualified offshore resources.
